2 Million Doses of the Sinovac Vaccine to Arrive in the Kingdom Tomorrow

Phnom Penh: The Secretary of State of the Ministry of Health, Lok Chumteav Sambath, has confirmed that on Thursday morning, Cambodia will receive an additional 2 million doses of the Sinovac vaccine to continue to combat of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The 2 million doses are being donated by the government of the People’s Republic of China as support to the Royal Government of Cambodia.

The announcement was made earlier in September during the visit of China’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Wang Yi, who had travelled to the Kingdom to participate in the handover ceremony of the Samdech Techo National Stadium.
